Mobile dentures

Removable denture prostheses are designed to be removed and repositioned in the mouth by the patient himself.

 


When do I put mobile dentures?
When you have extracted all natural teeth (dentures)
When you have lost a large number of natural teeth and remaining teeth do not suffice or are not able to support a fixed porcelain bridge (partial dentures)
If implants will be used, removable dentures play the role of interim restorations for the period of waiting until the integration of implants

How many types of dentures exist?


Complete Dentures.
Used in situations that all natural teeth have been exported.


Partial dentures
Replace a few or more natural teeth and rely on others with metal clasps or hidden devices (Precision links or attachments).
